You do not need to provide any identifying information, although you can mention your first name if this feels comfortable.

If you phone and cannot get through to a telephone counsellor - because all the telephone counsellors are busy at that time, or because you phone outside our operating hours - you are free to leave a message and a telephone counsellor will phone you back as soon as possible. Or feel free to phone again a bit later.
