The Men's Referral Service is operated by the No To Violence Male Family Violence Prevention Association Inc.

No To Violence is the Victorian state-wide peak body of organisations and individuals working with men to end their violence and abuse against family members. As well as operating the Men's Referral Service, it supports the network of Men's Behaviour Change Programs across Victoria, provides training for community-based workers and other professionals, and engages in community education activities such as White Ribbon Day.
